About Clavis Events

Clavis is Latin for key. It is a fair description of the job: we are the people a client hands the keys to, for a stadium, an exhibition hall or an empty shop, and we hand them back when the night is done.

Brothers Ali and Ghazi Radhi founded Clavis in Bahrain in 2019 with a simple aim: to be the local company that organises specialised exhibitions and conferences properly. Knowing the Bahraini market well, they built events that raise a company's profile and open up real business, and they wanted Clavis to play its part in the growth the country is investing in.

Today Clavis is one of the market leaders in Bahrain's events and exhibitions industry, and the team behind it is Bahraini almost to the last person. They know the venues and the audience from the inside, so a brief rarely has to be explained twice.

Our mission, in our own words, is to be our client's partner of choice through innovative and effective solutions that keep exceeding their expectations. In practice that means answering the phone, telling clients early when something will not work, and never handing over a build we would not put our own name on.

We are proud of the people who build our work: skilled craftsmen in décor and exhibition building, and engineers who design in traditional and modern styles. Keeping them in house is what lets us promise a finish and a date, and keep both.

In 2023 Clavis joined stc Bahrain's Trees for Life campaign and pledged to plant 1,000 trees across the Kingdom, part of Bahrain's goal to double its tree count by 2035.
