The brief
We listen, walk the venue and come back with a concept and visuals, so you can see the night before anything is built.
Conferences, summits and forums run from one desk. Stage and screens, speakers and seating, registration and the hundred small details that decide whether a day runs on time.
A good conference feels effortless to the people in the room. Behind that is a long list: venue layout, stage build, screens and sound, speaker briefings, rehearsals, registration, badges, catering times, translation, recording and a run of show that survives the first speaker going over time.
We manage conference logistics regardless of size or location. Some clients hand us the whole event. Others already have a team and want us to take one part off their plate, usually the stage, the AV or the guest experience. Either way, the service is shaped around what you need.
The stage is where a conference earns its reputation. We design and build stages, LED walls and branded photo walls, then light and wire them for the room and for the cameras. Recent work includes Tamkeen's forum on its 2026 strategic priorities, The Market 2.0 for Bahrain Bourse, the AFCM Annual Conference in Abu Dhabi, the stage for an AWS event and the broadcast studio for the 3rd Asian Youth Games, a full TV set with presenter desk, LED walls and lighting grid.
For hybrid and recorded sessions, we plan camera positions, sound and lighting with the broadcast in mind, so the people watching online see the same quality as the people in the front row.
Long agendas lose people after lunch. We help design the day so it doesn't: workshops and breakout rooms, live polls and Q and A, interactive stands in the foyer and networking areas that people actually use. The programme and the speaker list stay yours. We make sure the room is still full for the closing session.

How we work
We listen, walk the venue and come back with a concept and visuals, so you can see the night before anything is built.
Carpentry, metalwork, print and finishing are done by our own craftsmen. Nothing waits on a supplier.
Our crew installs, lights and rehearses everything on site, usually while the rest of the city sleeps.
We run the show from the control desk, then take it all down and hand the venue back spotless.
