Exhibition stand design and build in Bahrain

A stand has a few seconds to make someone stop walking. We design with that in mind: one clear brand moment you can see from the aisle, a route through the space that feels natural, and somewhere comfortable to sit down and talk business.

Our stands have carried full height LED walls and lit architectural models for Infracorp, curved light features for Edamah, a deep blue stand for Bahrain Bourse and a glowing green one for ila. Every one is built in our own workshop by the same team, so the finish you approve on the drawings is the finish you get on site.

Clavis started out organising specialised exhibitions and conferences in Bahrain, so we know the show from the organiser's side as well. If you are running the exhibition itself, we help with the part most people underestimate: a sponsorship package that brings the right exhibitors in, and terms good enough that they come back the following year.

For brands outside the exhibition hall, the same skills go into mall pavilions, pop ups and kiosks. BisB's purple pavilion and Khaleeji's digital totem were built to pull a crowd in a busy walkway, where nobody planned to stop.

Design and visuals first, so you can see the stand from every angle before we cut anything. Then fabrication in timber, metal, acrylic and print, screens and LED walls, models and display cases, lighting, furniture and hospitality bars. We handle the organiser's technical submissions, install before the show, look after the stand while it is open and take it down when it closes.
